The event space measures around 1/2 mile by 1/3 mile, offering a spacious venue for your event.
The property can be reached by a scenic dirt road, and a normal car is sufficient. No 4-wheel drive or high clearance is required.
Designated parking and camping/RV areas have been set aside to ensure the desert habitat remains pristine.
Non-potable water is available on multiple faucets.
The land adjacent to the property is BLM land, which is freely available for public use, allowing guests to explore the natural beauty of the area and enjoy the great outdoors.
Shade Structures
Our metal sheds are a unique and practical solution for shade and shelter during your event. These multi-purpose structures can be used as a shade structure, kitchen, or even a small stage, offering a wide range of options to suit your event’s needs. With two of these available, we can ensure ample space and flexibility for your event.
Wooden Huts
Our two wooden huts provide a cozy and comfortable accommodation for up to 4 guests. With solar power for lights and phone charging, as well as propane heating, these huts offer a sustainable and unique experience. Limited WiFi is also available, ensuring that you stay connected while enjoying the rustic ambiance.
Community Area & Kitchen
Perched at the top of the area, our community are and kitchen offers a unique outdoor dining experience. Equipped with a propane cooker, BBQ, and sink and a seating area for up to 20 people, this structure is perfect for hosting meals and gatherings, while enjoying views of the valley below.
